Dedication to making sure the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively within the company's fiscal and operational guidelines.
Must haves Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Restaurant Manager in full service, high volume casual dining.
Skillful planner with basic business fundamentals.
Strong communication skills.
(verbal and written) Ability to work 10 hour shifts, with extensive standing/walking.
Ability to lift materials and/ or products up to 50 pounds.
